The invention discloses a plateau control method for an electric vacuum pump of a new energy vehicle. The problems that an electric vacuum pump control strategy in the prior art can only achieve simple starting and stopping, and no plateau control strategy or fault judgment and fault emergency function exists are solved. The method comprises the following steps: S1, according to VAC and T during starting and stopping, inquiring T-VAC curves under different air pressures to obtain the current air pressure P; S2, comparing the inquired air pressure P with an air pressure threshold value, and judging whether a used vacuum pump control strategy is a plateau control standard or a normal control standard; S3, detecting a fault: detecting whether a VAC signal, a vehicle speed signal and a brake signal exist or not, detecting whether the continuous working time of the vacuum pump exceeds a threshold value or not, and detecting the fault of the vacuum pump; and S4, after the fault is detected,giving a fault alarm, and carrying out corresponding emergency operation. Under different barometric pressures, the vacuum pump is controlled differently, and safe and stable operation and pedal feeling of the vacuum pump are guaranteed; and fault judgment and fault emergency functions are provided.

    本发明公开了一种新能源车用电动真空泵高原控制方法。为了克服现有技术的电动真空泵控制策略,仅能实现简单的启停,没有高原控制策略及故障判定及故障应急功能的问题;本发明采用包括以下步骤:S1:根据启停时的VAC和T,查询不同气压下的T‑VAC曲线,获得当前气压P;S2:根据查询得到的气压P与气压阈值比较,判断使用的真空泵控制策略为高原控制标准或是正常控制标准;S3:故障检测,包括检测VAC信号、车速信号和制动信号的有无以及检测真空泵持续工作时间是否超过阈值和检测真空泵的故障;S4:在检测到故障后故障报警,并进入相应的应急操作。在不同的大气压下,区别控制真空泵,保证真空泵安全稳定地运行和踏板感;提供故障判定和故障应急功能。
