The invention relates to the technical field of railway vehicles, and discloses a steering frame surface treatment method, a steering frame and a railway vehicle. The treatment method comprises the following steps of processing a titanium alloy steering frame by taking a titanium alloy as a material; performing acid pickling on the surface of the titanium alloy steering frame; performing iron ioninspection on the surface of the titanium alloy steering frame; and performing anodizing treatment on the surface of the titanium alloy steering frame. The invention further discloses the steering frame processed by using the treatment method and the railway vehicle comprising the steering frame. According to the steering frame surface treatment method, the steering frame and the railway vehicle,the steering frame is made by taking a titanium alloy as a raw material instead of a carbon steel material in the prior art, and has the advantages of light weight, high strength, good corrosion resistance and good low-temperature impact toughness; and the surface of the titanium alloy steering frame is subjected to the acid pickling, iron ion inspection and anodizing treatment, so that the corrosion resistance, the wear resistance and the weather corrosion resistance of the steering frame of a high-speed train are improved.

    本发明涉及轨道车辆技术领域,公开了一种转向架表面处理方法、转向架及轨道车辆。其处理方法包括:以钛合金为材料,加工成为钛合金转向架;对钛合金转向架表面进行酸洗;对钛合金转向架表面进行铁离子检验;对钛合金转向架表面进行阳极化处理。本发明还公开了利用该处理方法加工的转向架以及包括该转向架的轨道车辆。本发明采用钛合金作为原材料以替代现有技术中以碳钢材料制成转向架,具有重量轻便,强度高,耐腐蚀性强,低温冲击韧性好的优点;对钛合金转向架表面进行酸洗、铁离子检验和阳极化处理,提高高铁转向架耐蚀,耐磨,耐气候腐蚀性能。
