The invention provides a container hoisting monitoring system and method. The method comprises the steps that a plane dip angle measuring sensor is used for measuring the included angle of a normal ofa hanging bracket plane relative to the plumb line, and the included angle is the hanging bracket plane dip angle; a weighing sensor is used for measuring weight changes on a hanging bracket hangingbox lock head; the weight at the hanging box lock head position and the hanging bracket plane dip angle are continuously monitored; whether the weight sum is not smaller than the weight threshold or not is judged, and the hanging bracket plane dip angle and the weight not smaller than the weight threshold serve as the dip angle initial value and the weight initial value correspondingly; the increment of the hanging bracket plane dip angle relative to the dip angle initial value and the weight increment at various lock head positions are continuously monitored; whether the dip angle increment reaches the dip angle threshold or not is judged; and when the dip angle increment reaches the set dip angle threshold, a coupling alarm is sent, and the coupling angular position is determined according to the gravity center of the weight increment at various lock head positions. The above system and method are synchronously fused with hanging bracket plane dip angle and weight measurement so thatthe coupling state between a container and a flatcar lock catch is intelligently judged when the container is hoisted.

    本发明提供一种集装箱吊装监控系统及方法,包括:通过平面倾角测量传感器测量吊架平面的法线相对铅垂线的夹角,即为吊架平面倾角;通过称重传感器测量吊架挂箱锁头上的重量变化;连续监测挂箱锁头处的重量和吊架平面倾角;判断重量之和是否不小于重量门槛,将不小于重量门槛时的吊架平面倾角和重量分别作为倾角初始值和重量初始值;连续监测吊架平面倾角相对于倾角初始值的增量以及各个锁头处的重量增量;判断倾角增量是否达到倾角门槛;当倾角增量达到设定的倾角门槛时,发出连挂报警,并通过各个锁头处的重量增量的重心确定连挂角位。上述系统及方法同步融合吊架平面倾角和重量测量智能判断集装箱被吊起时与平车锁扣的连挂状态。
