The rotor arm folding device comprises a first rotating unit and a second rotating unit, the first rotating unit is connected with a rotating disc through a vertical shaft rod, and a conical notch isformed in the outer circle face of the rotating disc; the two surfaces of the rotating disc connected with one inner side wall surface of the conical notch are provided with inclined surfaces which are inclined towards the inner side wall surface, and a conical surface structure is formed on the inner side wall surface side; the second rotating unit is provided with a rotating part matched with the rotating disc; the rotating part is rotatably connected with the first rotating unit through a horizontal shaft rod, the side face, pointing to the rotating disc, of the rotating part is provided with an arc-shaped face, two conical grooves with the conicity consistent with that of the conical face structure are formed in the arc-shaped face at preset intervals, and the conical grooves are selectively clamped with the conical face structure through rotation of the rotating part and the rotating disc to achieve folding or unfolding of the rotor arm. The first folding unit and the second folding unit are tightly matched, and the first folding unit and the second folding unit cannot move relatively no matter in a folded state or an unfolded state.
本发明涉及一种旋翼无人机的旋翼臂折叠装置,包括第一转动单元及第二转动单元,第一转动单元上经垂直轴杆连接转动盘,转动盘外圆面上设有锥形槽口;连接锥形槽口的一内侧壁面的转动盘的双表面上具有向该内侧壁面方向倾斜的倾斜面,在该内侧壁面侧形成锥面结构;第二转动单元具有与转动盘配合的转动部,转动部与第一转动单元经水平轴杆成转动连接,转动部指向转动盘的侧面有弧形面,弧形面上间隔预设距离开设有两锥度与锥面结构一致的锥形槽,锥形槽通过转动部及转动盘的转动而选择与锥面结构相卡紧实现旋翼臂的折叠或打开。本发明使得双方配合紧密,不论折叠状态或打开状态,第一折叠单元与第二折叠单元间均不会出现相对移动。
