A self-supporting tight sealing ring for an aviation brake wheel comprises a carbon fiber packing, a steel wire rope and a sleeve joint. The steel wire rope is embedded in an annular groove in the inner circumferential surface of the carbon fiber packing, and the two ends of the steel wire rope are connected through a sleeve joint. And the inner circumferential surface of the carbon fiber packingis an inclined plane with the same inclination as the outer circumferential surface of the gear of the aircraft wheel assembly. Anti-falling conical teeth are distributed on the circumference of the inner surface of the sleeve joint; two ends of the steel wire rope are inserted into inner holes of the sleeve joints; the sleeve joint is tightened by calipers; the conical teeth are embedded into thesteel wire rope, the anti-disengaging capacity of the steel wire rope is improved, the pulling-out force of the steel wire rope is larger than 200 N, the steel wire rope cannot disengage or be pulledapart in the using process, the sealing function of the steel wire rope can be kept all the time, the probability that a gear breaks down is greatly reduced, and the field maintenance workload is greatly reduced.
