Only one sealing point exists after the whole air inlet float valve is immersed in seawater, the leakage amount is effectively reduced, and backward flowing is prevented.
本发明涉及一种海洋机器人用进气浮阀,密封帽与进气管的上端相连,浮子可相对上下移动地套设在进气管外,浮子的下方设有套设在进气管上的伸缩管,伸缩管的上端与浮子的下端面相连,伸缩管的下端与进气管下端的进气管法兰连接;保护罩与进气管相连,在保护罩上方的进气管上开设有进气口,保护罩上开设有迎浪口;浮子在重力作用下压缩伸缩管至保护罩内,进气口打开,空气由进气口进入进气管内,进气浮阀开启;进气浮阀遇海浪时,海水通过迎浪口进入保护罩内,浮子在海水浮力作用下上浮,直至浮子的顶部与密封帽密封抵接、关闭进气口,进气浮阀关闭、处于全密封状态。本发明整个进气浮阀在没入海水后只有一处密封点,有效降低泄漏量,防止倒灌。
