The invention provides a control strategy and a controller of a hybrid electric vehicle. The control strategy matched with a hybrid power system can be simply, visually and globally formulated, the minimum oil consumption is achieved, and the energy-saving effect is improved, wherein the control strategy comprises the following steps: defining a dimensionless factor for representing the yield or deterioration rate of the fuel oil; obtaining a dimensionless factor under each driving mode at each moment under a fixed driving working condition; and comparing the dimensionless factors under each driving mode, and formulating a control strategy of each driving mode through trial calculation of electric balance. The controller comprises a storage unit, a trial calculation unit and a strategy making unit; the storage unit is used for storing dimensionless factors of each moment under each driving mode under a fixed driving working condition; the trial calculation unit is used for trial calculation of the electric balance of the fixed driving working condition, and the strategy making unit makes controllers of all driving modes according to the comparison result of the dimensionless factors and the trial calculation result of the electric balance.

    本发明提供了一种混合动力汽车的控制策略以及控制器,能够简单、直观且全局性地制定出与混合动力系统匹配的控制策略,实现油耗最低,提升节能效果。所述控制策略包括:定义用于表示燃油的收益率或恶化率的无量纲因子;获取固定行驶工况下每一时刻在各驱动模式下的无量纲因子;对比各驱动模式下的无量纲因子,通过试算电平衡而制定各驱动模式的控制策略。所述控制器包括存储单元、试算单元和策略制定单元,所述存储单元用于储存固定行驶工况下每一时刻在各驱动模式下的无量纲因子;所述试算单元用于试算固定行驶工况的电平衡,所述策略制定单元根据无量纲因子的对比结果以及电平衡的试算结果制定各驱动模式的控制器。
