Under the condition that wheels are locked during emergency braking, anti-lock control is borne by the wheel end electromagnetic valve, the wheel end electromagnetic valve is controlled by the two electric control units and the double-electric-control system, even if one of the electric control units fails, the wheel end electromagnetic valve can still work normally, and redundant backup of the anti-lock ABS function is achieved, wherein the pressure generatingdevice is composed of a pressure cylinder and a motor transmission driving unit, the pressure generating device is composed of a motor, a first pump and a second pump, the two pressure generating devices can bear oil supply providing pressure in turn or at the same time, and it is guaranteed that pressure supply interruption does not occur in the ABS action with the anti-lock function.

    本发明的目的是提供一种适用于自动驾驶的制动系统及控制方法,车辆需要制动时,两个压力发生装置在双控电控单元的控制下,实现冗余备份的制动功能,满足自动驾驶的安全冗余需求。在遇到紧急制动发生车轮抱死的情况下,防抱死控制由轮端电磁阀承担,轮端电磁阀由两个电控单元双电控系统控制,即使在其中一个电控单元出现失效时,轮端电磁阀仍可以正常工作,实现了防抱死ABS功能的冗余备份。由增压缸、电机传动驱动单元组成的压力发生装置与由电机、泵一、泵二组成的压力发生装置,两个压力发生装置可以轮流或同时承担油液供给提供压力,确保防抱死功能ABS动作不会出现压力供给中断。
