The invention discloses a lightweight high-strength aluminum wheel hub and a manufacturing process thereof. The manufacturing process of the lightweight high-strength aluminum wheel hub includes the following steps that a, aluminum plate pretreatment is conducted, an aluminum plate is rolled into a cylinder, and the joint is welded; b, half-wheel prefabrication is conducted, edge covering formingis carried out on the cylinder rolled by the aluminum plate to fabricate half wheels; c, spoke plate prefabrication is conducted, and the aluminum plate is punched to form a spoke plate; and d, wheelhub manufacturing is conducted, and the wheel hub is prefabricated by combing the two half wheels and the spoke plate. The invention provides the lightweight high-strength aluminum wheel hub and the manufacturing process of the lightweight high-strength aluminum wheel hub. The lightweight high-strength aluminum wheel hub and the manufacturing process of the lightweight high-strength aluminum wheelhub have the advantages that the manufacturing process is simple, the manufacturing cost is low, the pollution is less, the energy dissipation is lower, products can be more lightweight, and the strength of the products can be higher.

    本发明公开了一种轻量型高强度铝质轮毂及制造工艺,包括一种轻量型高强度铝质轮毂还包括以下步骤:a.铝板预处理:将铝板卷成圆筒,将连接处焊接;b.半轮预制:将铝板卷成的圆筒进行包边成型,制造成半轮;c.辐板预制,将铝板冲压成型为辐板;d.轮毂制造,将两件半轮与辐板组合后用预制成轮毂。本发明提供了一种轻量型高强度铝质轮毂及制造工艺,具有制造工艺简单,制造成本低,污染更小,耗能更低,产品可以更加轻量化,产品的强度更高等优点。
