The invention discloses a self-locking magnetic fastening device. The self-locking magnetic fastening device comprises a ferromagnetic base used for being connected with equipment to be fastened and asupport used for being connected with a rail edge fixing foundation, and the ferromagnetic base and the support are locked in an inserted mode and limit the movement of the ferromagnetic base in other five degrees of freedom except for moving forwards; meanwhile, the characteristic of magnetic force distribution of the strip-shaped magnet is utilized, a gear is driven by a shifting rod to rotatethe magnet, a magnetic pole is close to the ferromagnetic base, the attraction force to the ferromagnetic base is the strongest, and equipment is fastened; and meanwhile, in the rotating process of the shifting rod, a limiting baffle installed on the shifting rod rotates together, and the ferromagnetic base is limited by the limiting baffle to move forwards. According to the self-locking magneticfastening device, six degrees of freedom are synchronously locked by using a mechanical structure while the equipment is magnetically attracted, so that the problem that the equipment falls off afterthe equipment is attracted by a conventional magnetic sucker can be effectively solved.

    本发明公开一种自锁定磁力紧固装置,包括用于连接待紧固设备的铁磁性底座及用于与轨边固定基础连接的支架,两者间通过插接方式锁定,限制铁磁性底座除向前移动外的其余5个自由度的运动。同时利用条形磁铁磁力分布的特点,通过拨杆驱动齿轮转动磁铁,使磁极靠近铁磁性底座,此时对铁磁性底座的吸持力最强,设备完成紧固。同时在拨杆转动过程中,拨杆上安装的限位挡板一起转动,由限位挡板限制铁磁性底座向前的移动。本发明在实现设备被磁力吸持的同时,利用机械结构同步锁定六个自由度,可有效解决现有磁力吸盘在吸持设备后存在设备脱落的问题。
