The invention discloses an active vibration control device and a vibration control method. Specifically, a signal generator generates a vibration signal, the vibration signal is transmitted to a poweramplifier for power amplification and then transmitted to a first vibration exciter, the first vibration exciter drives a vibration damper to conduct vibration excitation back and forth, and a vibration source similar to vibration of an engine is generated; an acceleration sensor converts the vibration source into a vibration signal which is the same with a vibration signal of the engine; a capture card collects the vibration signals and transmits the vibration signals to a control module, the control module conducts PID adjustment on the received the vibration signals to obtain a signal which is the same with the vibration signals in frequency and reverse with the vibration signals in direction, and the signal is output to a second power amplifier and subjected to power amplification; asecond vibration exciter receives the amplified signal and generates an excitation force which is the same with the vibration source in cycle and reverse with the vibration source in direction; and the excitation force is acted on the first vibration exciter. The active vibration control device and the vibration control method have the advantages of being low in cost, simple in structure, capableof achieving active adjusting and controlling, wide in control range, high in precision and the like.

    本发明公开一种主动振动控制装置及振动控制的方法,具体为:信号发生器产生振动信号,并传送至功率放大器进行功率放大,再传送至第一激振器,第一激振器带动减震器来回激振,产生与发动机的振动相似的振源;加速度传感器将振源转换为与发动机的振动信号相同的振动信号;采集卡采集振动信号,并传送至控制模块,控制模块对收到的振动信号进行PID调节,得到与振动信号频率相同、方向相反的信号,并将该信号输出至第二功率放大器,对该信号进行功率放大;第二激振器收到功率放大后的信号,产生一个和振源周期大小相同、方向相放的激振力;并将该激振力作用到第一激振器上。本发明具有成本低、结构简单、可主动调控、控制范围广、精度高等优点。
