The embodiment of the invention provides a scaffold control system and method. The system comprises a main control box connected with a plurality of sets of machine positions, wherein each set of machine positions comprises a plurality of adjacent machine positions, each machine position comprises a sub-control box connected with the main control box, and the main control box receives data returned by the sub-control box and performs independent control over each set of machine positions; the system further comprises a load sensor, a displacement sensor and an air pressure sensor, the sub-control boxes are connected with the load sensor, the displacement sensor and the air pressure sensor, receive load data sent by the load sensor, receive displacement of motion of an electric hoist chainsent by the displacement sensor, and receive atmospheric pressure data of the air pressure sensor; and the sub-control boxes are connected with an electric hoist, send received control commands of themain control box to the electric hoist to control the electric hoist. In this way, lifting and starting and stopping of a scaffold can be controlled, and when an emergency occurs, a judgment can be made in time, and responding can be conducted immediately, so that huge loss of engineering or casualties can be avoided.

    本发明的实施例提供了一种爬架控制系统及方法。所述系统包括一主控箱连接多组机位,每组机位包括多个相邻机位,每一所述机位包括一与主控箱连接的分控箱,所述主控箱接收分控箱回传的数据,对每组机位进行单独控制;还包括荷载传感器、位移传感器和气压传感器;分控箱连接荷载传感器、位移传感器和气压传感器,接收荷载传感器发送的荷载数据,接收位移传感器发送的电动葫芦链条运动的位移,接收气压传感器的大气压强数据;分控箱连接电动葫芦,将接收到的主控箱的控制命令发送至电动葫芦,对电动葫芦进行控制。以此方式,可以对爬架的升降和启停进行控制,并在发生突发情况时,及时做出判断并立即予以响应,避免造成工程巨大损失或人员伤亡。
