The invention discloses an adaptive control system for a traction machine. The adaptive control system is mainly composed of a PC, a configuration king, a PLC, a frequency converter, a relay, a braking resistor and other elements. The configuration king is mainly divided into six parts which are a user login interface, a login error interface, a main interface, an automatic parameter setting interface, a manual testing interface and an automatic testing interface. The adaptive control system is characterized by comprising the following five steps. By means of the adaptive control system for the traction machine, due to the adoption of the Yaskawa L1000A frequency converter, a rotating type and stopping type slef-learning function is achieved during use, high-performance current vector control is achieved, various encoders and cards are matched, high-low starting torque can be achieved, and V/f control and non-PG vector control can be achieved; and starting torque compensation without sensors is internally arranged, position changing does not happen when braking loosening happens, impacts can be prevented, an acceleration and deceleration compensation function is achieved, vibrationand overregulation can be prevented, the time sequence exclusive for an elevator is adopted, and the elevator can run more stably.

    本发明公开了一种曳引机自适应控制系统,其主要由PC、组态王、PLC、变频器、继电器、制动电阻等元件组成,组态王主要分为六个部分,分别是用户登录界面、登录错误界面、主界面、自动参数设定界面、手动测试界面和自动测试界面,其特征在于:包括以下五个步骤。本发明通过采用安川L1000A变频器,在使用时具备旋转型和停止型自学习功能,具备高性能电流矢量控制,配合各种编码器和卡,可实现高低起动转矩,能实现V/f控制和无PG矢量控制;内置无传感器的启动转矩补偿,能保持制动松开时不发生位置的变动,可防止冲击,具备加减速补偿功能,能防止振动与过调,采用电梯专用的时序,可使电梯更平稳地运行。
