The invention discloses integrated aircraft fuselage manufacturing process, which is designed for solving the problems that most of the existing aircraft fuselage is assembled into a complete machineby adopting multiple materials or multiple parts, the manufacturing process is not advanced enough, and the strength of the fuselage is not high. And manufacturing and forming are achieved by combining cold manufacturing and folding with a rivet fixing process. The fuselage manufactured according to the manufacturing process can be used for executing portable transportation and multi-site installation aircraft type engineering.
本发明公开了一体式飞机机身制作工艺,是针对现有的飞机机身大都采用多种材料或多个部件拼装成整机,制作工艺欠先进、机身强度不高而设计的。通过冷制作翻折结合铆钉固定工艺制作成型。按本发明制备工艺制作的机身可执行便携式运输、多场地安装飞机机型工程。
