The invention discloses a steering-engine-free variable-pitch rotor system module, which comprises a center shaft, a power module, an angle measuring unit, an electronic speed regulator, a propeller hub, a waving connecting piece, a lead-lag variable-pitch propeller clamp and blades. According to the scheme, a servo-free periodic pitch changing scheme is adopted, the power module is controlled bythe electronic speed regulator to periodically change the torque, the rotor can make lagging or leading action through dynamic torque output, and the structure can change the pitch while the blades move in a leading or lagging mode. The pitch changing effect of a traditional swash plate is obtained by responding to the pulse torque through a passive coupling type horizontal hinge. The variable-pitch rotor system in the prior art is generally provided with a complex control connecting rod mechanism in order to achieve the pitch changing purpose, which is high in manufacturing difficulty, high in cost and short in service life. According to the invention, the structure is greatly simplified, the traditional complex control mechanism is abandoned, the weight of the rotor system is reduced, and the material cost and the manufacturing difficulty are reduced.

    本发明公开了一种无舵机变距旋翼系统模块,包括中心轴,动力模块,角度测量单元,电子调速器,桨毂,挥舞连接件,超前滞后变距桨夹,桨叶。本方案采用无伺服器周期变距的方案,通过电子调速器控制动力模块周期性变化扭矩,动态扭矩输出可以使旋翼造成滞后或者超前的动作,本发明的结构可以在桨叶超前或者滞后运动的同时改变桨距。通过被动耦合式水平铰链响应脉冲扭矩获取传统斜盘的变距效果;现有技术中的变距旋翼系统为达到变距目的,通常设有复杂的操纵连杆机构,其制造难度大,成本高,且寿命短。本发明极大地简化了结构,摒弃了传统的复杂操纵机构,减少了旋翼系统的重量,降低了材料成本与制造难度。
