The invention discloses a propeller shell and blade mounting structure. A plurality of propeller sleeves are uniformly distributed on the outer edge of the side surface of a propeller shell assembly;the centering shaft is fixed in a central blind hole of the paddle sleeve; a centering hole is formed in the center of the paddle blade and root, and a boss I is arranged on the end surface; bosses IIare arranged on the end surfaces of the paddle sleeves; a paddle blade and root centering hole penetrates through the centering shaft, the end face of the paddle blade and root centering hole is in clearance butt joint with the end face of the blade sleeve, and the paddle blade and root and the blade sleeve are installed together through a hoop and a split thrust ball bearing; the circumferentialsurface of an inner annular boss I of the hoop is in clearance fit with the propeller sleeve, and the inner end surface of the hoop and the split thrust ball bearing jacket are sealed, crimped and fixed together; the end surface boss I of the paddle blade and root is clamped and fixed in the inner annular boss II of the hoop; the split thrust ball bearing inner sleeve and the propeller sleeve endsurface boss II are pressed and fixed together; and needle bearings are respectively arranged between the inner end and the outer end of the propeller root centering hole and the centering shaft. Thepropeller shell and blade mounting structure is simple in structure, light in weight, small in size, easy to manufacture, low in cost and easy to install and maintain.

    本发明公开了一种螺旋桨桨壳和桨叶安装结构,桨壳组件侧面外缘上均匀分布有多个桨袖;定心轴固定在桨袖中心盲孔内;桨叶桨根中心开有定心孔,端面有凸台Ⅰ;桨袖端面有凸台Ⅱ;桨叶桨根定心孔穿在定心轴上,其端面与桨袖端面间隙对接,桨叶桨根与桨袖通过卡箍和剖分式推力球轴承安装在一起;卡箍的内环型凸台Ⅰ圆周面与桨袖间隙配合,内端面与剖分式推力球轴承外套密封压接固定在一起;桨叶桨根的端面凸台Ⅰ卡接固定在卡箍的内环型凸台Ⅱ内;剖分式推力球轴承内套与桨袖端面凸台Ⅱ压接固定在一起;在桨根定心孔内、外端与定心轴之间分别安装有滚针轴承。本发明结构简单、质量轻,体积小,制造容易,成本低,安装维修简单。
