The invention discloses a structure for improving torsional rigidity of a flexible wing trailing edge structure, and belongs to the field of structural design of morphing aircrafts. The flexible wingtrailing edge structure is composed of a support plate, web plates, a rear end dimensional body, a honeycomb-like torsional structure, flexible skin and distributed driving devices, wherein the supporting plate is a connecting structure of a wing non-deformation structure and a trailing edge flexible structure, and the trailing edge of the whole flexible wing is supported through the supporting plate; the web plates support the flexible skin and support the distributed driving devices; the honeycomb-like anti-torsion structure connects the supporting plate, the web plates and the rear-end dimensional body in sequence; and the flexible skin is connected between the adjacent web plates, and the distributed driving devices are connected between the adjacent web plates and connected to the flexible skin. The web plates are used for supporting the flexible skin and the distributed driving devices, the honeycomb-like torsion-resistant structure is adopted, the problem that the torsional rigidity of the deformable trailing edge part of the wing is insufficient is solved, and the torsion resistance of the flexible wing trailing edge structure is improved.
本发明公开了一种提高柔性机翼后缘结构抗扭刚度的结构,属于变体飞机结构设计领域,本发明的柔性机翼后缘结构由支撑板、腹板、后端维形体、类蜂窝抗扭结构、柔性蒙皮和分布式驱动装置构成。其中支撑板是机翼不变形结构与后缘柔性结构的连接结构,通过支撑板支撑整个柔性机翼的后缘;腹板支撑柔性蒙皮并且支撑分布式驱动装置;类蜂窝抗扭结构将支撑板、各腹板和后端维形体相继连接起来;柔性蒙皮连接在相邻的腹板之间,分布式驱动装置连接在相邻的腹板之间,其连接于柔性蒙皮;利用腹板支撑柔性蒙皮以及分布式驱动装置,且采用类蜂窝抗扭结构,解决了机翼可变形后缘部分抗扭刚度不足的问题,提高柔性机翼后缘结构的抗扭能力。
