The invention relates to a pre-welding line drawing method for a stern propeller base, which comprises the steps of 1, drawing a longitudinal center line FaFb, a transverse center line P1S1 and a transverse axis center line P2S2 of a larboard stern propeller base and a starboard stern propeller base, and making a sample punching mark; 2, determining a central point Oa of a larboard stern propellershaft and a starboard stern propeller shaft, wherein the central point Oa of the larboard stern propeller shaft and the starboard stern propeller shaft and the height of the central point Oa are confirmed by a vertical reference line AB of the larboard stern propeller shaft and a starboard stern propeller shaft; 3, determining the plane position of the stern propeller base; and 4, repeating the step 3, and determining the plane position of the starboard stern propeller base. By adopting the method provided by the invention, the plane position of the stern propeller base can be accurately determined, accurate data is provided for positioning and processing of the base, and the success rate of subsequent installation of propulsion equipment is improved.

    本发明涉及一种艉推基座焊前拉线方法,其包括以下步骤:步骤一、对左、右舷艉推基座,进行纵向中心线FaFb、横向中心线P1S1和横向轴中心线P2S2进行画线,并做出样冲标记;步骤二、确定左、右舷艉推轴中心点Oa,其中左、右舷艉推轴中心点Oa以及中心点Oa的高度由左右舷艉推轴的垂直基准线AB确认;步骤三、确定左舷艉推基座平面位置;步骤四、重复步骤三,确定右舷艉推基座平面位置。采用本发明提供的方法,可以精准的确定尾推基座平面位置,为基座的定位以及加工提供了精确的数据,提高后续推进设备的安装的成功率。
