The invention discloses an automatic back-and-forth device, relates to the technical field of air conditioner production, and solves the problems of line body point stop and large amount of walking waste caused in the transfer process of a carrier tray. The device comprises a vehicle frame, a lifting mechanism, a synchronous belt transmission mechanism and a balance weight return mechanism, wherein the lifting mechanism, the synchronous belt transmission mechanism and the balance weight return mechanism are installed on the vehicle frame, the lifting mechanism is connected with the synchronousbelt transmission mechanism and used for placing materials to be transferred, and the synchronous belt transmission mechanism is driven to transmit through pressure of the materials to be transferredon the lifting mechanism to drive the vehicle frame to advance; the balance weight return mechanism is connected with the lifting mechanism and the synchronous belt transmission mechanism, in the process that the lifting mechanism descends and drives the vehicle frame to advance, the balance weight return mechanism ascends, and after the to-be-transferred materials are unloaded, the synchronous belt transmission mechanism is driven to conduct transmission through the descending gravity of the balance weight return mechanism so as to drive the vehicle frame to retreat. The device relies on themechanical principle, adopts gravitational potential energy as advancing power of the device so as to circularly and unidirectionally transport materials between two points, and achieves low carbon and environmental protection.

    本发明公开了一种自动往返装置,涉及空调生产技术领域,解决了载具托盘周转过程中造成的线体点停并产生大量走动浪费的问题。该装置包括车架,安装于车架上的升降机构、同步带传动机构和配重返程机构,升降机构与同步带传动机构连接,升降机构用于放置待转运物料,并通过待转运物料对升降机构的压力驱动同步带传动机构传动,以驱动车架前进;配重返程机构与升降机构和同步带传动机构连接,在升降机构下降并驱动车架前进的过程中,配重返程机构上升,待转运物料卸下后,通过配重返程机构下降的重力驱动同步带传动机构传动,以驱动车架倒退。该装置依靠机械原理,采用重力势能作为装置前进的动力在两点间循环单向运输物料,低碳环保。
