The internal combustion power concentration system comprises a mechanical room anda cooling system, wherein the mechanical room consists of a diesel engine, a permanent magnet generator, an auxiliary system, an electric control system, a mute box, a mounting base and a suspensionsystem; the cooling system is independent of the mechanical room; one end of the diesel engine is connected with the permanent magnet generator, and the other end is connected with the cooling system;a hydraulic motor of the cooling system drives a fan to cool the auxiliary system, the diesel engine and the permanent magnet generator; the permanent magnet generator, the diesel engine and the likeare integrated in the machine room through the mounting base to form a power system; the mute box covers the power system and is fixed on the mounting base to form the independent mechanical room; and the mechanical room and the cooling system are in transition through flexible connection. The traction power requirement of the high-power shunting locomotive is met, the overall arrangement space of the shunting locomotive is reasonably saved at the same time, and the installation requirement of the shunting locomotive is met.
本发明实施例公开一种调车机车内燃动力集中系统,其包括:由柴油机、永磁发电机、辅助系统、电控系统、静音箱、安装底座和悬挂系统构成的机械间以及独立于所述机械间空间之外的冷却系统;所述柴油机一端与永磁发电机连接,另一端连接所述冷却系统;所述冷却系统的液压马达驱动风扇冷却所述辅助系统、柴油机和永磁发电机;所述永磁发电机、柴油机等均通过安装底座集成在机械间内以形成动力系统;所述静音箱将所述动力系统罩覆于其内并固定在安装底座上以形成独立的所述机械间;所述机械间与冷却系统之间通过软连接进行过度。本发明满足了大功率调车机车对牵引功率的需求,同时合理节约了调车机车的整体布置空间,满足了调车机车的安装要求。
