The invention discloses a suspension type rail vehicle autonomous steering device for urban rail transit. In the device, a motor drives a steering arm and a straight moving arm through a bevel gear mechanism, so that the steering arm is matched with a rail to realize the steering of a rail vehicle, and the straight moving arm is matched with the rail to ensure the smoothness of the straight movingof the rail vehicle. The steering device comprises a motor, a first steering mechanism bevel gear, a right steering arm, a second steering mechanism bevel gear, a third steering mechanism bevel gear,a left steering arm, a fourth steering mechanism bevel gear, a first straight movement mechanism bevel gear, a second straight movement mechanism bevel gear and a straight movement arm. By the adoption of the automatic steering mechanism, the advancing direction of the vehicle is changed through lifting of the steering arm, the structure of the track is not changed, the complexity degree of the system is reduced, the passing efficiency of the vehicle passing through the turnout can be remarkably improved, damage of impact to the track and the structure of the vehicle is reduced, and riding comfort is improved.

    本发明公开了一种用于城市轨道交通的悬挂式轨道车辆自主转向装置,该装置中,电机通过锥齿轮机构带动转向臂与直行臂,使转向臂与轨道配合实现轨道车辆的转向,使直行臂与轨道配合保证轨道车辆直行运动的平顺性。包括电机、转向机构锥齿轮一、右转向臂、转向机构锥齿轮二、转向机构锥齿轮三、左转向臂、转向机构锥齿轮四、直行机构锥齿轮一、直行机构锥齿轮二和直行臂。本发明采用自主转向机构,通过转向臂的升降来改变车辆的行进方向,不改变轨道的结构,降低了系统的复杂程度,而且能够显著提高车辆通过道岔的通行效率,并降低冲击对轨道以及车辆结构的损伤,提升乘坐舒适性。
