The invention discloses a distributed hydraulic-pneumatic brake system of a heavy transport vehicle and a control method, the system comprises a brake control system, a hydraulic brake system and a pneumatic brake system, the hydraulic brake system is arranged on a tractor, and the pneumatic brake system is arranged on a trailer; the control method comprises the steps that the vehicle executes a conventional braking mode, a rapid braking mode and an emergency braking mode according to the change speed of braking pedal force at the beginning of braking, the advance of the pneumatic braking system is flexibly designed according to the braking modes, and pressure adjustment is achieved in an electric control mode; and a drum brake with a good braking effect is used in the hydraulic braking system. The air pressure braking system uses a disc brake with better heat dissipation performance, the whole vehicle uses two braking systems, and the characteristics of high sensitivity of a hydraulicbraking system and high braking force of a pneumatic braking system are brought into play; and compared with a traditional braking system, the distributed hydraulic-pneumatic brake system is advantageous in that the response speed of the system is higher, and the braking efficiency, braking stability, safety and comfort of the heavy transport vehicle are improved.

    本发明公开了一种重型运输车分布式液‑气制动系统及控制方法,系统包括制动控制系统、液压制动系统和气压制动系统,液压制动系统布置在牵引车上,气压制动系统布置在挂车上;控制方法是车辆根据制动开始时制动踏板力的变化速度执行常规制动模式、快速制动模式和紧急制动模式,并根据制动模式灵活设计气压制动系统的提前量,使用电控的方式实现压力调节;液压制动系统使用制动效果较好的鼓式制动器,气压制动系统使用散热性能较好的盘式制动器,整车使用两种制动系统,既发挥了液压制动系统灵敏度高,也发挥了气压制动系统制动力强的特点,相比传统制动系统该系统的响应速度更快,提升了重型运输车的制动效率、制动稳定性、安全性与舒适性。
