The invention discloses a pedal input rod structure of an automobile brake boosting system. The pedal input rod structure mainly comprises a U-shaped frame and the like, one end of the U-shaped frameis connected with the pedal, the other end of the U-shaped frame is connected with and transmits input force to the input rod, a ball head structure is designed on the input rod and is riveted with ahole of the connecting rod, the connecting rod is connected to the force output rod, the force output rod is installed into piston, the force output rod and the piston are connected and fixed througha limiting sleeve and a spring, a rubber part is arranged between the limiting sleeve and the piston, a fixing pin of the limiting sleeve is pressed into a hole of the piston in an interference fit mode, the limiting sleeve presses the force output rod to a spherical groove of the piston through a compression spring, a magnet fixing rod is further installed on the limiting sleeve, and a large spring is installed at the tail end of the piston. The magnet part of the travel sensor is added, so that the space required by the sensor can be reduced, and the driving intention can be better transmitted; and the overall size is reduced, the system is compact, the cost is low, and the installation problem of the pedal input rod is solved.

    本发明公开了一种汽车制动助力系统的踏板输入杆结构,主要包括U形架等,U形架一端与踏板相连,U形架另一端连接并传递输入力到输入杆,输入杆上设计有球头结构与连接杆的孔铆接,连接杆连接到出力杆,出力杆装入活塞,出力杆与活塞间通过限位套和弹簧进行连接固定,限位套和活塞之间布置了橡胶件,限位套的固定销过盈配合压入活塞的孔内,限位套通过压缩弹簧将出力杆压在活塞的球面凹槽处,限位套上还安装有磁石固定杆,活塞末端安装大弹簧。本发明增加了行程传感器的磁石部分,可以减少传感器所需空间也能更好的传递驾驶意图;整体体积减少,系统紧凑,成本较低,解决了踏板输入杆安装性问题。
