The invention discloses a supporting construction method of a steel box girder of an ultra-large-span escalator. The construction method comprises the steps of construction BIM deepening, constructionscheme determination, split component machining, construction preparation, component approach, "slim waist" installation, escalator box girder support installation and acceptance inspection. The construction method has the beneficial effects that three-dimensional simulation installation is performed on the installation construction by using a BIM technology, the quality control difficulty is found, the node construction quality is ensured, a crane is used for sectional hoisting, a large operating frame is prevented from being erected, the use of circulating materials and manual consumption are reduced, the construction cost is saved, the construction operation is concentrated, the potential safety hazard point is small, the field centralized management is facilitated, factory mechanicalsectional machining is achieved, the on-site welding quantity is reduced, waste and light pollution is avoided, the technology and quality problems are prevented in advance by applying the BIM technology, and the generation of field problems is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种超大跨度自动扶梯钢箱梁支撑施工工法,包括施工BIM深化、施工方案确定、拆分构件加工、施工准备、构件进场、“小蛮腰”安装、扶梯箱梁支撑安装和验收。本发明的有益效果是:运用BIM技术对安装施工进行三维模拟安装,找出质量控制难点,确保节点施工质量,使用吊车分段吊装,避免了搭设高大操作架,大幅度的降低了周转料的使用和人工消耗,节约了施工成本,施工作业比较集中,安全隐患点少,便于现场的集中管理,工厂机械化分段加工,减少现场施焊量,避免产生废料、光污染等,运用BIM技术模拟安装,将技术、质量问题提前做好预防,减少现场问题的产生。
