The invention discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle launching device, which comprises: a traction system, a buffer mechanism, an ejection guide rail, a release mechanism, a front end support, an ejection trolley and a rear end support. The traction system comprises a rubber band and a fixed pulley A; two ends of the ejection guide rail are respectively supported by front and rear end supports; thebuffer mechanism and the fixed pulley A are arranged at the front end of the ejection guide rail, and the buffer mechanism is located behind the fixed pulley A; the ejection trolley and the release mechanism are arranged at the rear end of the ejection guide rail, and the ejection trolley is located in front of the release mechanism; one end of the rubber band is installed at the front end of theejection trolley, and the other end of the rubber band bypasses the fixed pulley A and is fixed to the rear end of the ejection trolley. The unmanned aerial vehicle is installed on the ejection trolley. The release mechanism can lock the ejection trolley at the rear end of the ejection guide rail, during unlocking, the ejection trolley can slide to the front end along the ejection guide rail underthe action of a restoring force of the rubber band, the buffer mechanism is used for buffering and decelerating the ejection trolley, and the unmanned aerial vehicle can be launched out relative to the ejection trolley under the action of inertia force.
