The invention discloses a four-roller fairlead, which comprises a bearing base plate and U-shaped supporting frames. The U-shaped supporting frames are arranged at the top end of the bearing base plate and at bilateral symmetry positions. The bottom ends of the U-shaped supporting frames are fixedly connected to the top end of the bearing base plate through welding, vertical rollers are arranged at vertical positions beside the U-shaped supporting frames, vertical core shafts are inserted and embedded into circle centers of the vertical rollers at vertical positions, the upper ends and the lower ends of the vertical core shafts are connected to vertical shaft seats on the surfaces of the U-shaped supporting frames and the bearing base plate, and upper and lower ends of the vertical core shafts are inserted to circle centers of the vertical shaft seats. When the two structures are used in a combination, the rolling contact surface can be increased when a cable makes contact with a spiral rough surface layer, and then the problem that when an operator lifts, after the direction is changed due to sliding contact, labor-saving operation is hardly conducted through the rollers is solved.

    本发明公开了一种四滚柱导缆器,包括承载基板和U型支撑框架,所述承载基板的顶端在位于左右对称处设置有U型支撑框架,所述U型支撑框架的底端通过焊接固定连接于承载基板的顶端,所述U型支撑框架的旁侧在位于竖向位置处设置有竖向滚柱,所述竖向滚柱的圆心在位于竖向位置处穿插嵌入有竖向芯轴,所述竖向芯轴的上下两端在位于U型支撑框架和承载基板的表面均连接有竖向轴座,所述竖向芯轴的上下两端端头竖向插接至竖向轴座的圆心处,该两个结构在组合使用时,可在缆绳接触螺旋糙面层时,来增大滚动接触面,进而在操作者进行提拉时,降低因滑动接触而出现改变方向后,难以依托滚柱进行省力操作问题。
