The embodiment of the invention discloses a demisting and deicing windshield uniform and controllable in heating and a vehicle. The demisting and deicing windshield uniform and controllable in heatingcomprises: a glass substrate; a first electrode, which is arranged at a first position on one side surface of the glass substrate; a second electrode, which is disposed at a second position differentfrom the first position on a side surface of the glass substrate; a glass heating power supply, which is connected to the first electrode and the second electrode; a conductive film, which is arranged on the side surface of the glass substrate and is connected to the first electrode and the second electrode, and is equipped with a flow guide pattern that forms a flow guide loop between the firstelectrode and the second electrode; and a temperature control circuit, which comprises a temperature measuring element and a temperature control unit connected to the temperature measuring element, wherein the temperature measuring element is arranged on the glass substrate, and the temperature control unit is connected to the glass heating power supply, and the temperature measuring element is arranged on the flow guide loop. The demisting and deicing windshield disclosed by the embodiment of the invention is uniform and controllable in heating, can melt ice and remove snow, and reduces the possibility of heavy loss caused by accidents like glass cracking due to continuous rising of the glass temperature.
