The invention provides a control device and method for starting a hydrogen energy automobile fuel cell in a low-temperature environment. The device comprises a fuel cell assembly, a power cell assembly and a super capacitor assembly; the fuel cell assembly, the power cell assembly and the super capacitor assembly are all electrically connected to a bus; when the temperature is lower than 0DEG C, the super capacitor assembly provides heating voltage for the power cell assembly so as to heat the power cell assembly; the power cell assembly and the super capacitor assembly are used for supplyingpower to the fuel cell assembly at the same time so as to achieve normal starting of the fuel cell assembly in a low-temperature environment. The invention has the beneficial effects that: firstly, apower cell thermal management system is powered, so that the power cell reaches an ideal power supply state; and then the super capacitor SC and the power cell supply power to the fuel cell BOP at thesame time, so that quick start of the fuel cell is ensured.

    本发明提供了一种氢能汽车燃料电池低温环境下启动的控制装置及方法,其装置包括:燃料电池组件、动力电池组件及超级电容组件;所述燃料电池组件、所述动力电池组件及所述超级电容组件均与母线电性连接;所述超级电容组件于温度低于0℃时,为所述动力电池组件提供加热电压,以将所述动力电池组件升温;所述动力电池组件和所述超级电容组件用于同时给所述燃料电池组件供电,以实现燃料电池组件低温环境下正常启动。本发明的有益效果是:首先由其给动力电池热管理系统供电,使动力电池达到理想的供电状态。再由超级电容SC和动力电池同时给燃料电池BOP供电,确保燃料电池的快速启动。
