The invention relates to a new energy vehicle charging system and a charging control method. The system comprises a controller, a main charging gun and auxiliary charging guns. The main charging gun is connected to a main charging module and an adjustable charging module, and the auxiliary charging guns are connected to auxiliary charging modules; the main charging gun is provided with a communication interface, and the controller is connected to the communication interface; the main charging module comprises a plurality of main charging sub-modules, the output power of each main charging sub-module is progressively increased by a multiple of 2, and the adjustable charging module is the same as a charging sub-module with the minimum output power; corresponding controllable switches are arranged on circuits, connected to the corresponding auxiliary charging guns, of the auxiliary charging modules, and the controller is connected to the controllable switches; a relay is arranged on a circuit, connected to the main charging gun, of each main charging sub-module, a silicon controlled rectifier is arranged on a circuit, connected to the main charging gun, of the adjustable charging module, and the controller is connected to the silicon controlled rectifier and the relays. According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the problem of poor reliability of a charging system in the prior art can be solved.

    本发明涉及一种新能源车辆充电系统和充电控制方法,系统包括控制器、主充电枪和辅助充电枪;主充电枪连接有主充电模块和可调充电模块,辅助充电枪连接有辅助充电模块;主充电枪上设置有通讯接口,控制器与通讯接口连接;主充电模块包括多个主充电子模块,各主充电子模块的输出功率呈2的倍数递增,可调充电模块与其中输出功率最小的充电子模块相同;辅助充电模块连接相应辅助充电枪的线路上设置有相应的可控开关,控制器与各可控开关连接;每个主充电子模块连接主充电枪的线路上设置有一个继电器,可调充电模块连接主充电枪的线路上设置有可控硅,控制器连接可控硅和各继电器。本发明所提供的技术方案可解决现有技术中充电系统可靠性差的问题。
