The invention discloses an improvement method and structure of fixed winch racks. According to the improvement method and structure of the fixed winch racks, two adjacent fixed winch racks which are arranged in the downstream direction and independently operate are changed into an integral rack, and two adjacent fixed winch racks which are arranged in the downstream direction and independently operate are installed on the same integral rack, so that the width of a safety channel of the two adjacent independent fixed winch racks can be reduced, and the center distance between two adjacent planegate grooves in the downstream direction is reduced. According to the improvement method and structure of the fixed winch racks, the starting and stopping load of one fixed winch during operation canbe transmitted to a base plate of the other fixed winch through the integral rack, the concentrated load of the integral rack on a platform foundation at the top of a bent frame is reduced by additionally arranging a force transmission part, a supporting plate is of a long-strip-shaped arrangement structure, the contact area between the integral rack and the base plate is increased, the pressurestress is reduced, supporting columns are arranged on the lower portions of supporting cross beams between the adjacent fixed winches, and the safety of the fixed winches is improved.

    本发明公开了一种固定卷扬机机架的改进方法及结构,本发明是将顺水流向设置的相邻两台独立运行的两台固定卷扬机机架改为一个整体机架,将顺水流向设置的相邻两台独立运行的两台固定卷扬机安装在同一个整体机架上,这样即可减少相邻两台独立的固定卷扬机机架的安全通道宽度,从而减少顺水流向相邻两扇平面闸门槽的中心距离。本发明的一台固定卷扬机运行时的启闭荷载可由整体机架传递至另一台固定卷扬机的基础座板上,通过增加传力部位降低了整体机架对排架顶部平台基础的集中荷载,支承板采用长条型布置结构,增加了整体机架与基础座板的接触面积,降低了压应力,相邻的固定卷扬机之间的支撑横梁下部设置支撑柱,提高了固定卷扬机的安全性。
