A load bearing and transmitting mechanism of a civil airliner cargo hold comprises a plurality of slide rails which are longitudinally arranged and used for bearing load, a floor beam which is arranged transversely with respect to the slide rails to support the slide rails; an edge shearing plate which is arranged between the sliding rail located on the outermost side in the transverse direction and the machine body wall plate and connected with the sliding rail located on the outermost side and the machine body wall plate through bolts; a middle shear plate which is arranged to extend from the first slide rail located on the outermost side in the transverse direction to the second sliding rail farthest away from the first slide rail in the transverse direction, and includes at least two shear plate segments, wherein each slide rail is in lap joint with the middle shear plate, the middle shear plate is arranged between the two adjacent floor beams, and the middle shear plate is detachably connected with the two adjacent floor beams. According to the load bearing and transmitting mechanism, the load bearing and transmitting efficiency is improved, and the maintenance convenience degree of the mechanism is improved.
