The ballast water tank comprises a water tank shell and a water absorption and drainage device, the water tank shellis of an integrated sealing structure composed of a water pipe, an end cover, a cylindrical side wall and a lower support, and the water tank shell is communicated with the outside through the water pipe; the water absorption and drainage device comprises a shear fork mechanism and a driving device, and the shear fork mechanism and the driving device are arranged on the inner side of the lower support. According to the invention, the water absorption and discharge capacity is higher; the underwater robot or the submersible vehicle can dive or float up more quickly; under the condition that thefloating and sinking conditions are met, the internal space of the underwater robot or the submersible vehicle can be greatly saved, water absorption and drainage under the deep sea high water pressure condition can be achieved, better sealing performance is achieved, and the problem that the gravity center position moves when the water tank is transversely arranged for water absorption and drainage is solved. And the hidden danger of rubber plug rollover when the rubber plug is pushed by a threaded rod and a nut is effectively prevented.

    本发明公开了一种基于齿轮剪叉机构的压载水舱,包括水舱外壳和吸水排水装置,水舱外壳为由水管,端盖、圆柱形侧壁和下支座构成的一体式密封结构,通过水管与外界相通;吸水排水装置包括剪叉机构和驱动装置,剪叉机构和驱动装置设置在下支座内侧。本发明具有更大的吸水排水量,可实现水下机器人或潜器更快速的下潜或上浮,在满足浮沉条件的情况下能大大节省水下机器人或潜器的内部空间能够实现在深海高水压的条件下的吸水和排水,且具有更好的密封性解决了因水舱横置时吸水排水时重心位置移动的问题。有效的预防了使用螺纹杆和螺母推动胶塞存在的胶塞侧翻的隐患。
