During application, the two boat bodies are connected through the hinge device and sail together with power provided by the first boat body, then the second boat body separated from the first boat body independently sails to a target area with power provided by a battery pack of the second boat body, thenavigation mileage is increased, and it is guaranteed that the second boat body propelled in an all-electric mode can reliably complete an observation task in a severe environment. The invention further provides an observation method of the combined typhoon observation water surface unmanned ship.
