A skin, a honeycomb block,a guide column and an energy absorption pipe are arranged between the flange plate and the mounting plate; one end of the guide post is fixedly connected with the flange plate; the other end extendsout of the mounting plate and is in sliding fit with the mounting plate; the honeycomb block is sleeved on the guide post and is fixedly connected with the flange plate or the mounting plate; the energy absorption pipes are arranged in the circumferential direction of the guide column, the energy absorption pipes are parallel to the axis of the guide column, each energy absorption pipe is arrangedin a multi-pipe nested mode, one end of each energy absorption pipe is fixedly connected with the flange plate or the mounting plate, the skin is packaged outside the energy absorption pipes, and theupper end face and the lower end face of the skin are fixedly connected with the flange plate and the mounting plate respectively. By adopting the combined energy absorption structure of the energy absorption pipes and the honeycomb blocks, the energy absorption capacity is stable, the initial peak force is relatively small, the crushing force is controllable, and certain lateral bending resistance is achieved.
