The invention relates to the technical field of new energy automobiles, in particular to a new energy vehicle tail anti-collision device which comprises a connecting and installing unit, a transverseframe unit, an anti-collision tail plate, an anti-collision side plate and a buffering unit, and the connecting and installing unit is connected to the front end of the transverse frame unit; the anti-collision tail plate is connected to the rear end of the transverse frame unit; the anti-collision tail plate is in transmission connection with the buffer unit; the buffer unit is connected to the transverse frame unit; the connecting and installing is in transmission connection with the two anti-collision side plates; the two anti-collision side plates are symmetrically arranged at the left endand the right end of the transverse frame unit in a sliding fit mode. The anti-collision side plates are arranged in the device, collision from the side rear portion of an automobile can be bufferedand protected through the anti-collision side plates, and damage of automobile accidents to the automobile is reduced.
