The invention relates to a vehicle thermal management system, a control method for the vehicle thermal management system, and a vehicle. The system comprises a plurality of flow paths and a four-way valve, the first ends of the first flow path, the second flow path and the fifth flow path are communicated; the second end of the first flow path is communicated with a port A of the four-way valve; the second end of the second flow path and the first end of the sixth flow path are communicated with a port B of the four-way valve; the first ends of the third flow path and the fourth flow path arecommunicated with the second end of the fifth flow path; the second ends of the third flow path, the fourth flow path and the sixth flow path are communicated; the first end of the seventh flow path is communicated with a port C of the four-way valve; the first flow path is provided with a first water pump and a heater, the second flow path is provided with a first electromagnetic valve and a warmair core body, the third flow path is provided with a second water pump and a battery pack, the fourth flow path is provided with a second electromagnetic valve, the fifth flow path is provided withan electromagnetic flow regulating valve, and the seventh flow path is provided with an engine. Therefore, the power consumption of the heater can be reduced, and the durability of the vehicle is improved.
