本发明涉及电动汽车换电站的充电系统,其包括充电单元、电池故障检修单元和应急处理单元。本发明一方面通过定位插接部和定位插接口能够自动纠偏找准中心重合的模式下匹配对接,确保电源插接口和电源插接部中心线对齐,进而不会发生碰撞,从而大幅度降低充电接头和电池插接部的损坏率;另一方面能够将故障电池快速移至充电架的外部的承载支撑面上,进而便于电池检修工作的快速进行,同时还通过应急通道和应急导轨的设置,能够快速的将电池送入装满降温或灭火介质的应急池里,实现隐患电池与其他电池的隔离,进而大幅度降低安全事故的发生率。

    The invention relates to a charging system of an electric vehicle battery replacing station. The charging system comprises a charging unit, a battery fault overhauling unit and an emergency processingunit. On one hand, the positioning plugging part and the positioning plugging port can be matched and butted in a mode of automatic deviation correction and alignment center coincidence, so that thecentral lines of the power supply plugging port and the power supply plugging part are aligned, collision is avoided, and the damage rate of the charging connector and the battery plugging part is greatly reduced; on the other hand, the faulty battery can be quickly moved to a bearing supporting surface outside the charging frame, and the battery can be rapidly overhauled; and meanwhile, through the arrangement of an emergency channel and an emergency guide rail, the battery can be quickly fed into an emergency pool filled with a cooling or fire extinguishing medium, so that the hidden dangerbattery is isolated from other batteries, and the occurrence rate of safety accidents is greatly reduced.
