A charging mechanism is arranged in the lifting groove; the charging mechanism comprises a storage groove formed in the left end wall of the lifting groove; a moving cavity is formed in the base; a lifting mechanism is arranged in the moving cavity; the lifting mechanism comprises a carrying plate capable of moving up and down in the moving cavity; a battery is fixedly arranged on the left end surface of the carrying plate. According to the device, the unmanned aerial vehicle can be charged, during charging, the unmanned aerial vehicle can be cleaned to a certain degree, dust on propellers of the unmanned aerial vehicle is removed, after charging is completed, the unmanned aerial vehicle can take off immediately, a charging head does not need to be pulled out manually, manpower is saved, and the take-off speed of the unmanned aerial vehicle is increased.
