The invention discloses an in-cab micro-positive pressure system which comprises a metal plate shell, an air inlet channel and an air exhaust channel, the air inlet channel and the air exhaust channelare both communicated with the interior and the exterior of a cab, the air inlet channel and the air exhaust channel are both communicated with the same total heat exchange core, and an air inlet fanis arranged in the air inlet channel; an exhaust fan is arranged in the exhaust channel; the air inlet amount of the air inlet fan is larger than the air exhaust amount of the air exhaust fan, and the air pressure in the cab is kept 15-40 Pa larger than the air pressure outside the cab. The system is simple in structure, reasonable design, the problem that dust is severely raised in a mining areais solved; external dust cannot easily enter the cab through the micro-positive pressure environment, the air temperature of inlet air and outlet air can adapt to the environment through the total heat exchange core even if large temperature difference exists inside and outside the cab, energy consumption of a cold and hot circulation device of the system is reduced, and the comfort degree in thecab is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种驾驶室内微正压系统,包括:钣金壳体、进风通道和排风通道,所述进风通道和所述排风通道均连通驾驶室内和驾驶室外,所述进风通道和所述排风通道均与同一全热交换芯体连通,所述进风通道内设有进风风机;所述排风通道内设有排风风机;所述进风风机的进风量大于所述排风风机的排风量,保持驾驶室内的气压大于驾驶室外的气压15~40Pa。本发明结构简单,设计合理,解决了在矿区扬尘严重的环境下,下驾驶室的密封问题,利用微正压环境使外部灰尘不能轻易进入驾驶室,通过全热交换芯体实现驾驶室内外即使存在较大温差也能使进风和出风的空气温度与环境相适应,降低系统的冷热循环装置的能耗,保证驾驶室内的舒适度。
