The wheel hub is characterized by comprising a wheel hub body, an inner bearing mounting surface, an outer bearing mounting surface, an oil seal mounting surface, a wheel connecting flange mounting surface, a brake disc connecting mounting surface, a half shaft or wheel hub end cover mountingsurface, a wheel spigot mounting surface, a half shaft or end cover bolt connecting thread, a tire bolt hole and a brake disc connecting bolt hole; the preparation method of the forged high-strength aluminum alloy wheel hub adopts a forging extrusion forming process and a post-forming heat treatment process; an aluminum bar profile is formed in a forging and extruding production mode, and after forming, the finished aluminum hub is formed through heat treatment and machining. The invention aims to adapt to the development trend of light weight, energy conservation and emission reduction of automobiles, and solves the problems of many defects, low strength, poor rigidity and easiness in fragmentation of cast aluminum hubs of automobiles. The problem that an automobile casting ductile iron hub is heavy is solved. The problem of environmental pollution in the existing hub production process is solved.

    本发明公开了一种锻造高强度铝合金轮毂及其制备方法,其特点是,所述的轮毂由轮毂本体、内轴承安装面、外轴承安装面、油封安装面、车轮连接法兰安装面、制动盘连接安装面、半轴或轮毂端盖安装面、车轮止口安装面、半轴或端盖螺栓连接螺纹、轮胎螺栓孔和制动盘连接螺栓孔组成;锻造高强度铝合金轮毂的制备方法采用锻造挤压成型及成型后热处理的工艺;利用铝棒型材通过锻造挤压的生产方式成型,成型后经热处理、机械加工后成为成品铝轮毂;本发明是为了适应汽车轻量化、节能减排的发展趋式、解决汽车铸造铝轮毂缺陷多、强度低、刚度差、易碎裂的问题;解决汽车铸造球铁轮毂重量重的问题;解决现有轮毂生产过程中的环境污染问题。
