The invention discloses an intelligent parking space management method based on a mobile terminal APP and a parking space lock. According to the intelligent parking space management method, a centralprocessing unit continuously communicates with a mobile terminal, a navigation system, a timing charging system and a parking space lock, thus a mobile terminal user can be helped to remotely reservean idle parking space, so that a vehicle owner can save parking time at night, in rainy days and in environments where the vehicle is eager to park but the parking space is difficult to find in case of traffic jam; secondly, the user can lock the idle parking space in advance to prevent the parking space from being occupied in the process that the vehicle owner goes to the parking space, the vehicle owner is guided to park smoothly, and meanwhile the user is prevented from going there for nothing; in the parking lot, a navigation system replaces manual guidance in the process that the vehicleowner finds an idle parking space, the number of parking lot managers is reduced, a non-mobile terminal user can be guided to achieve offline smooth parking, the compatibility is high, and the requirements of the mobile terminal user and the non-mobile terminal user can be met at the same time.

    本发明公开了一种基于移动终端APP的智能停车位管理方法及车位锁,本发明的停车位管理方法通过中央处理器持续与移动终端、导航系统、计时收费系统以及车位锁保持通信,能够帮助移动终端用户远程预约空停车位,使得车主在夜间、雨天、以及堵车时急于停车但寻找停车位困难等环境下,能够节约停车时间;其次,能使用户提前锁定空停车位防止车主在前往停车位过程中车位被占,并引导车主顺利停车,同时避免了空跑;在停车场内,车主寻找空车位的过程中,用导航系统代替了人工引导,减少了停车场管理人员的数量,本发明能够引导非移动终端用户实现线下顺利停车,兼容性强能同时满足移动终端用户与非移动终端用户的需求。
