The invention discloses an elastic foam material. The elastic foam material is formed by combining polymethylvinylsiloxane rubber serving as a substrate with an organic foaming agent and carrying outmicrowave heating and cyclic vulcanization under the catalysis of a cross-linking agent. Raw materials for preparing the elastic foaming material comprise, by mass, 85-95% of polymethylvinylsiloxane rubber, 2-8% of an organic foaming agent, 2-5% of a cross-linking agent and 0.1-3% of a color master batch. The invention further discloses a preparation method thereof, and an automobile skylight sunshade curtain rail limiting strip prepared from the elastic foam material. Through combination of the substrate and the foaming agent and microwave heating cyclic vulcanization molding under the actionof the cross-linking agent, the obtained material has the advantages of uniform foaming holes, low density, good resilience and smooth surface.
本发明公开了一种弹性发泡材料,采用聚甲基乙烯基硅氧烷橡胶为基底与有机发泡剂结合,在交联剂的催化下,通过微波加热循环硫化成型;其中,制备所述弹性发泡材料的原料包含以质量百分数计算的以下组分:聚甲基乙烯基硅氧烷橡胶85%~95%、有机发泡剂2%~8%、交联剂2%~5%、色母0.1‑3%。本发明还公开了一种弹性发泡材料的制备方法及采用弹性发泡材料制备的汽车天窗遮阳帘轨道限位条。本发明通过基底与发泡剂结合并在交联剂的作用下通过微波加热循环硫化成型,得到的材料发泡孔均匀、密度低、回弹性能好,并且表面光滑。
