The invention provides an outward-moving turn cable system which is used for accelerating an ascending spacecraft so as to enable the spacecraft to orbit. The outward-moving turn cable system is provided with an energy dissipation winch, and a brake or a retarder is arranged in the winch. After the ascending spacecraft is in butt joint with the tail end of a main rope of the outward-moving turn cable system, the energy dissipation winch brakes, so that the load moves outwards and rotates around the center of mass at the same time. By means of the method, centrifugal force can be greatly reduced, and comfort is improved. The energy dissipation winch is provided with the brake with great heat absorption capability, the self-rotation kinetic energy of the system after butt joint can be absorbed, and the fact that the load can move outwards rapidly is guaranteed. The system consists of two counterweights, two multi-strand ropes and a central station, the required mass is smaller than thatof a space turn cable system, and the efficiency is higher. By utilizing the energy dissipation winch, the system has an ascending method, so that the high centrifugal force stage in the ascending process of the spacecraft is very short, and the comfort is improved.

    本发明提出一种外移转缆系统,用于给上行的航天器加速,使得航天器入轨。外移转缆系统有一个消能卷扬机,卷扬机之内有制动器或缓速器。上行航天器对接上外移转缆系统的主绳末端后,消能卷扬机制动,使得载荷一边外移一边绕质心转动。通过这种办法能够大大减少离心力,提高舒适度。消能卷扬机有很大吸热能力的制动器,能够吸收对接后的系统自转动能,保证了载荷能够快速外移。系统由两个配重、两根多股绳、中心站组成,所需的质量比太空转缆系统的小,效率更高。利用消能卷扬机,系统有一种上行办法,使得航天器上行过程的高离心力阶段很短,舒适性高很多。
