The invention relates to a novel hoisting rail fixing structure. The structure is provided with a pre-embedded steel plate, two screw holes are formed in the diagonal positions of the pre-embedded steel plate correspondingly, a pre-embedded threaded sleeve is welded to the position, corresponding to the each screw hole, of the bottom of the pre-embedded steel plate, a corresponding sleeve anchoring plate is further welded to the bottom of the each pre-embedded threaded sleeve, an adjusting base plate is placed on the pre-embedded steel plate, a bottom plate is laid on the adjusting base plate,a corresponding fastening bolt sequentially penetrates through the bottom plate and the adjusting base plate to be connected with the each pre-embedded threaded sleeve, a rubber base plate is placedat the middle of the bottom plate, barrier strips are tightly attached to the two sides of the rubber base plate correspondingly, a steel rail is placed on the rubber base plate, each of the symmetrical positions of the two sides of the steel rail are provided with a corresponding bent pressing plate, pressing plate bolts penetrate through the middles of the bent pressing plates, and the pressingplate bolts are in threaded connection with the bottom plate. The device is novel and practical in structural design, flexible, rapid and convenient to adjust and good in use effect, and has good actual use and popularization value.

    本发明涉及一种起重轨新型固定结构,具有预埋钢板,预埋钢板的斜向对角位置处开设有两个螺孔,对应于每个螺孔在预埋钢板底部均焊接有一个预埋螺纹套筒,所述预埋螺纹套筒的底部还焊接有一块套筒锚固板;预埋钢板上面搁置有调整垫板,调整垫板上面铺设有底板,依次穿过底板、调整垫板与对应的预埋螺纹套筒相连接有一紧固螺栓;底板中间处搁置有橡胶垫板,橡胶垫板两侧紧贴装有挡条,橡胶垫板上放置钢轨,钢轨的两侧对称位置各装有一块弯曲压板,穿过弯曲压板中间部位装有压板螺栓,压板螺栓与所述底板螺纹连接;本发明结构设计新颖实用,调整灵活快捷方便,使用效果好,具有很好的实际使用及推广价值。
