The invention relates to a through-flow rotor hoisting tool. The upper ends of a hoisting plate a and a hoisting plate b are fixedly connected through two supporting rods, the lower ends of the hoisting plate a and the hoisting plate b are fixedly connected through two studs, the two studs penetrate a rotor bracket, and two ends of the studs are fixedly connected to the hoisting plate a and the hoisting plate b through nuts.
