A rubber sleeve is vulcanized at one end of a fender straight pipe or bent pipe, and the rubber sleeve is ofa wavy fluctuating structure; the outer circumferential surface of the rubber sleeve is buckled and pressed into a fender support through an upper gland and a lower gland, and the inner circumferential surface formed by the upper gland and the lower gland corresponds to the outer circumferential surface of the rubber sleeve and is of a wavy fluctuating structure; the upper gland extends towards the two sides to form an upper wing face, the lower gland correspondingly extends towards the two sides to form a lower wing face, and the upper wing face and the lower wing face are connected througha bolt or riveted to buckle and press the vulcanized rubber sleeve into a whole. A mounting seat is also arranged towards the end part of the fender straight pipe or the bent pipe through the joint ofthe upper wing surface and the lower wing surface. According to the fender support, the purposes of light weight, buckling and pressing and rotation prevention are achieved, the performance of the fender support is greatly improved, the service life is prolonged by 30%, the weight is reduced by 1.2 kg, and the fatigue test and the vibration test of the fender support are both improved by one order of magnitude.
本发明公开了一种轻量化扣压式防转挡泥板支架,所述的挡泥板直管或者弯管的一端硫化有橡胶套,橡胶套呈波浪状起伏结构;在橡胶套的外周圆面上通过上压盖和下压盖扣压成挡泥板支架,其中上压盖和下压盖合成的内圆周面对应橡胶套的外周圆面,并成波浪状起伏结构;所述的上压盖向两侧延伸形成上翼面,对应在下压盖向两侧延伸形成下翼面,上翼面和下翼面通过螺栓连接或者铆接将硫化后橡胶套扣压为一个整体;通过上翼面和下翼面的连接处还向挡泥板直管或者弯管的端部设有安装座。本发明达到了轻量化扣压式并起到防转的目的,同时也使得挡泥板支架的性能大大提高,使用寿命延长30%,重量减轻1.2kg,使其疲劳试验和振动试验都提高了一个数量级。
