The invention relates to a truck rollover prevention hybrid control system based on active steering and differential braking. Specifically, a truck body transverse acceleration sensor, a truck body yaw velocity sensor and a truck body roll angle sensor are arranged at the bottom or inside a container, a steering wheel angle sensor is arranged on a steering column, and a wheel speed sensor is arranged on the inner side of a hub; a rollover state recognition module comprises a signal processing module, a centroid height recognition module and an LTR estimation module, and is connected to the sensors through a signal line; a hybrid switching module is used for switching among three control modes according to an LTR estimated value, a steering wheel angle sensor measured value and a hybrid system theory; an active control force calculation module receives a control mode signal given by the hybrid switching module and a signal given by the rollover state recognition module, and judges a required active steering angle, a required brake wheel and a required brake pressure through comparison with a reference model; and an anti-rollover execution module executes active control according toa signal given by an anti-rollover active control module. The vehicle rollover danger is reduced.

    一种基于主动转向和差动制动的货车防侧翻混杂控制系统,车身横向加速度传感器、车身横摆角速度传感器和车身侧倾角传感器布置于货箱底部或内部,方向盘转角传感器布置于转向柱,轮速传感器布置于轮毂内侧;侧翻状态识别模块包括信号处理模块、质心高度识别模块和LTR估算模块,与传感器通过信号线相连;混杂切换模块根据LTR估计值和方向盘转角传感器测得值,根据混杂系统理论在三种控制模式间切换;主动控制力计算模块接收混杂切换模块给出的控制模式信号和侧翻状态识别模块给出的信号,通过与参考模型的比较判断所需主动转向角度、制动轮和制动压力;防侧翻执行模块根据防侧翻主动控制模块给出的信号执行主动控制。本发明降低车辆侧翻危险。
