The invention relates to the technical field of path prediction, and especially discloses a freezing and refrigerating vehicle transportation path prediction method. The method comprises the step of detecting the current position of an object vehicle, and acquiring a plurality of transportation paths from the current position to the destination position and real-time road conditions of the transportation paths; obtaining travel history data of a target vehicle and travel history data of another vehicle different from the target vehicle from a travel history storage device in which travel history data of each vehicle is stored; and obtaining a predicted path of the target vehicle on the basis of the travel history data of the target vehicle, the travel history data of the other vehicles, and the current position, in combination with the obtained real-time road conditions of each transport path, and outputting the obtained data of the predicted path. By adopting a more reasonable and effective method and utilizing the driving history data of other vehicles, the purpose that effective path prediction can also be performed when the target vehicle drives in a non-driving interval is achieved.
