The invention discloses a double-wishbone independent suspension of an all-wheel steering off-road vehicle, and belongs to the technical field of off-road vehicle independent suspensions. The double-wishbone independent suspension of the all-wheel steering off-road vehicle comprises two wishbone assemblies which have the same structure and are respectively and symmetrically arranged on two sides of a drive axle, and each wishbone assembly comprises a suspension large bracket, an upper control arm, a lower control arm and a vibration reduction assembly. According to the invention, the universalization rate is improved, front and rear axles can adopt the same structure, the all-wheel steering function can be supported, expansibility is improved, modularization and large stroke are achieved,left and right axles are connected to a split charging line into a whole to be connected to a vehicle frame in a final assembly line, a large-swing-angle ball stud assembly is adopted to be matched with hard point optimization, the wheel hop stroke is greatly increased, and the off-road maneuvering speed is increased. The whole mechanism is simpler and more scientific and meets the current designrequirements.

    本发明公开了一种全轮转向越野车的双横臂独立悬架,属于越野汽车独立悬架技术领域,包括:两个横臂总成,其结构相同并分别对称设置在驱动桥的两侧,所述横臂总成包括:悬架大支架、上控制臂、下控制臂及减振总成。本发明提高了通用化率,前后桥可以用同一套结构,可支撑全轮转向功能的实现,提高了拓展性,实现了模块化与大行程,左右与桥在分装线连接后作为整体到总装线与车架进行连接,采用大摆角的球头销总成配合硬点优化,大幅提升车轮跳动行程,提高越野机动速度。整体机构更加简单科学,符合现在设计要求。
