The invention provides a battery shock absorption device of a new energy automobile. The device comprises a base, a shock-proof box body and a box cover; box body shock-proof mechanisms are arranged on sliding rails; the shock-proof box body is connected with the base through the multiple box body shock-proof mechanisms; a battery is arranged in the shock-proof box body; internal shock-proof mechanisms are arranged on the four side walls in the shock-proof box body; and a box cover shock-proof mechanism is arranged above the battery. According to the battery shock absorption device of the invention, vibration can be effectively reduced through the box body shock-proof mechanisms; the shock of the shock-proof box body provided with the battery during the movement of an automobile can be reduced; the shock of the battery in the shock-proof box body can be reduced; through the second shock-proof springs and elastic limiting plates of the internal shock-proof mechanisms, the battery can beprevented from being in direct contact with the interior of the shock-proof box body, so that the generation of impact can be avoided; with the box cover shock-proof mechanisms adopted, the problem that a traditional shock-proof box body cannot prevent the shock of the top of a battery can be solved; the extrusion columns of the box cover can be overlapped with sleeves, so that the box cover shock-proof mechanism can be connected with the box cover, and therefore, six-face limiting shock prevention of the battery is achieved.

    本发明提出一种新能源汽车的电池避震装置,包括底座、避震箱体和箱盖,滑轨上均设有箱体避震机构,避震箱体通过多组所述箱体避震机构连接底座,避震箱体内设有电池,避震箱体内部四个侧壁上均设有内部避震机构,电池上方设有箱盖避震机构;本发明通过箱体避震机构可以有效的减少震动,可以降低装有电池的避震箱体在汽车运动时受到震动,电池在避震箱体内受到的震动可以降低,通过内部避震机构的第二避震弹簧和弹性限位板可以避免电池直接与避震箱体内部接触产生撞击,通过箱盖避震机构可以有效解决传统的避震箱体无法对电池顶部进行避震的问题,箱盖的挤压柱与套筒重合可以连接箱盖避震机构和箱盖,实现了对电池的六面限位避震。
